Content Guidelines
- Keep It Relevant: Ensure that contributions are relevant to business communication, inquiries, and related topics. Off-topic content may be removed to maintain the wiki’s focus.
- Use Reliable Sources: When adding new information, especially statistics or factual data, cite reliable sources to ensure accuracy.
- Neutral Point of View (NPOV): Write objectively without bias, especially on topics that may involve opinions or debates. Present all sides fairly, and avoid promotional language.
- Original Content Only: Avoid plagiarism and ensure that your contributions are original or properly cited if quoting from other sources.
Editing and Formatting
- Follow the Style Guide: Use the Wiki Style Guide for formatting standards, including headings, lists, and citations, to ensure consistency across pages.
- Preview Before Saving: Use the preview function to check your edits for errors before saving them. This helps keep our content clean and readable.
- No Vandalism: Vandalism, such as adding false information, intentionally disrupting pages, or deleting content without reason, is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.
Account and User Privacy
- Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information about yourself or others on the wiki. This includes real names, addresses, and contact details.
- Single Account Per User: Users should only have one account. Multiple accounts or "sockpuppet" accounts are not allowed and may lead to restrictions.
